3. User Accounts & Access

Access to the Service requires a registered account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Accounts are issued to named individuals within your organization and may not be shared. 4. Permitted Use & Restrictions

You may use the Service solely for your organization's internal business purposes. You agree that you will not:

• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute any data, reports, or insights obtained from the Service;
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to extract data from the platform;
• Use the Service to build, train, or improve a competing product or to extract competitive intelligence about Pipelinelink;
• Circumvent usage limits, access controls, or security measures;
• Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

5. Data Accuracy & Disclaimers

Data, scores, and insights provided through the Service are compiled from multiple sources and are provided "as is" and "as available." Pipelinelink does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data and makes no warranty that the Service will meet your requirements or produce any particular business outcome. You should independently verify information before relying on it for material business decisions. All implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service — including the platform, software, data models, scoring algorithms, interfaces, documentation, and all related intellectual property — is and remains the exclusive property of Pipelinelink and its licensors. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service during your subscription term. No other rights are granted.

7. Confidentiality

Data, reports, and insights delivered through the Service constitute confidential business information of Pipelinelink. You agree to protect such information with at least the same degree of care you use for your own confidential information, and not to disclose it to any third party except as expressly permitted under these Terms or required by law.

8. Payment Terms

The Service is offered on a subscription basis. Fees, billing frequency, and plan details are set out in your order form or subscription agreement. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each term until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except as expressly provided in your subscription agreement or required by applicable law. We may adjust pricing with notice effective at your next renewal.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pipelinelink's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. In no event shall Pipelinelink be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, or loss of data, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pipelinelink and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription as provided in the applicable order form. We may suspend or terminate access immediately if you materially breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases, and you must delete or destroy data obtained from the Service unless retention is required by law. Sections concerning intellectual property, confidentiality, limitation of liability, and indemnification survive termination.

12. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
